We are committed to protecting your personal information and privacy. We uphold the principles of integrity, consent, clear purpose, restricted collection, minimum necessity, transparency, balanced rights with responsibility, security, and privacy compliance.

Personal information is defined in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations. Non-personal information includes data not directly linked to any specific individual, such as occupation, language, zip code, area code, device identifiers, browsing data, and location information.
To register an account, you need to provide a username, password, mobile phone number, email address, verification code, product name, and serial number. This information is collected in compliance with regional legal requirements and is used to bind your device to our services.
When you first log in to the app, we collect your device model, operating system version, and network information through an initial notification popup. Any subsequent changes require separate permission requests.
When you use our service to save video-related content, such as video clips, live video streams, and images, we capture and push video content for your retention.
We collect your device unique identifier and language preferences for alarm subscriptions. Refusing this permission disables notifications only; all other functions remain available. You may disable and clear notification settings at any time.
We collect the serial number, registration code, password, model of your device, and Wi-Fi information for network configuration and device binding. Refusing this permission prevents adding new devices.
We collect the model, UDID, IP address, MAC address, software version, network connection method and type, and latitude and longitude of your device. This information is essential for providing our device connection services.
We collect the serial number, IP address, port, and video stream information to deliver live stream content. Refusing this permission disables live view only.
You may input face images, license plate information, attendance personnel information, and fingerprints for recognition-based functions. Refusing this permission affects only these specific services.
We collect the device serial number, your nickname, and recipient usernames to enable device sharing. Refusing this permission prevents sharing functionality.
When you contact us for support, we may collect your name, phone number or email address, enterprise or organization, device usage, device serial number, and device account for identity verification and service delivery.
We share information with authorized partners, carefully selected service providers, or regulatory agencies only for legal, justified, necessary, specific, and definitive purposes. All partners sign strict data protection agreements.

We retain personal information for the purposes specified in this policy. We will delete or anonymize your information within 48 hours after receiving your request, unless the law or an agreement requires otherwise.
Your data may be transferred to servers outside your country (and, for individuals located in the EU, outside of the European Economic Area), including servers in Singapore, Frankfurt, Vietnam, and the USA.
We employ data encryption and access control mechanisms and maintain ISO 27001 certification. Third-party evaluations assess our security systems regularly. However, it is impossible to guarantee 100% security of information.
You bear responsibility for the confidentiality of your username and password. We regularly review our collection technologies and strategies. Dedicated management systems limit access scope and enforce confidentiality.
Upon a security incident, we will initiate an emergency plan to prevent its expansion and promptly inform you via push notifications, announcements, or other means.
You may access and update your personal information through your account. Your rights include accessing, correcting, deleting, changing authorization scope, revoking authorization, canceling accounts, and obtaining personal information copies.
Deletion is warranted when collection violates laws or user agreements.

We store your personal information on our servers during service usage. You can access, update, and delete your information through your personal portal. We also assist with subscription management, account deactivation, and activity deletion.
Connected third-party services may collect log and device information for their operation. We share information for legitimate, necessary, and specific purposes with partners who fulfill confidentiality obligations.
Third-party services operate independently. Your use of such services is governed by the terms of service and/or privacy statements of the corresponding third party, not this policy.

We do not provide any of our services to minors under 14 years of age (or the equivalent minimum age set by the relevant jurisdiction). Accounts registered by minors under 14 will be deleted immediately. Any information collected from minors without parental consent will be deleted promptly.
Parents or guardians may contact us to review, delete, and restrict the use of minor information. We use minor information only when legally permitted, expressly authorized by guardians, or necessary for the protection of minors.
Any revisions to this policy constitute policy amendments. Changes will appear as push notifications and pop-up windows when you log in and upgrade the app. We collect and use information under updated policies only after you click the "Agree" button in the pop-up window.
